The conditions governing access to and use of the current THE EDGE pre-launch website.
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the current THE EDGE website.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should stop using the website.
These Terms apply only to the current pre-launch website, its informational content and the DROP 01 waitlist.

THE EDGE is currently a personal pre-launch project and is not presented on this website as a registered company or separate legal entity.
3. Pre-Launch Status
THE EDGE and DROP 01 are currently under development.
The website documents the philosophy, creative direction, product-development process and current progress of DROP 01 — DISCIPLINE.
Content displayed on the website may include:
- concepts;
- prototypes;
- mock-ups;
- development information;
- preliminary specifications;
- estimated future plans.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such content does not represent a final product offer or a promise that a particular product will be released.
4. No Offer or Sale
The current website does not allow visitors to:
- purchase products;
- place orders;
- reserve inventory;
- make payments;
- enter into a sales contract.
Product images, descriptions and development information are currently provided for informational purposes only.
Joining the waitlist does not:
- create a purchase obligation;
- reserve a product;
- guarantee access to a future release;
- guarantee a specific price;
- guarantee a production or release date.
Separate Conditions of Sale will be introduced before any products become available for purchase.
5. DROP 01 Waitlist
Visitors may voluntarily join the DROP 01 waitlist to receive meaningful development updates.
Waitlist membership is free.
Joining the waitlist does not create:
- membership rights;
- ownership rights;
- priority rights unless expressly announced;
- a right to purchase;
- a contractual guarantee of product availability.
Subscribers may withdraw their consent or unsubscribe at any time.
The collection and use of subscriber data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Accuracy of Information
Reasonable care is taken to keep the website clear and accurate.
However, because THE EDGE is in active development:
- specifications may change;

- fit or construction may change;

THE EDGE does not control every aspect of third-party platforms and is not responsible for external content, availability or independent privacy practices.
Use of external services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and policies.
10. Availability
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of:

- hosting interruptions;
- security updates;
- development changes;
- circumstances outside the operator’s reasonable control.
Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Reasonable efforts may be made to restore important functionality when problems occur.

The Contact page allows visitors to open their own email application or copy the official THE EDGE email address.
THE EDGE cannot guarantee the operation of a visitor's browser, email application or external email provider.
Messages should not contain unnecessary sensitive or confidential information.
