THE EDGE is currently a pre-launch personal project and is not presented on this website as a registered company or separate legal entity.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• visitors to the THE EDGE pre-launch website;
• people who join the DROP 01 waitlist;
• people who receive confirmation, welcome or development emails relating to DROP 01.

It currently does not cover online purchases, payments, customer accounts or product fulfilment because the store is not yet open.

The policy will be updated before e-commerce, payment processing or additional analytics tools are introduced.

When you join the DROP 01 waitlist, the following information may be processed:

• your email address;
• the date and time of your subscription;
• confirmation and consent records;
• subscription status;
• unsubscribe requests;
• email delivery information;
• link-click information;
• technical information required to operate and protect the website and form, such as IP address, browser or device data, where processed automatically by service providers.

THE EDGE does not request sensitive personal data through the waitlist.

THE EDGE uses MailerLite to:

• host the embedded waitlist form;
• store subscriber records;
• manage double opt-in confirmation;
• manage the DROP 01 subscriber group;
• send automated and development emails;
• process unsubscribe requests.

For these activities, THE EDGE acts as data controller and MailerLite processes subscriber data on its behalf under its contractual data-protection terms.

MailerLite may use approved subprocessors to provide its services. Where international processing or transfers are involved, appropriate safeguards such as contractual data-protection clauses may apply.

The website is hosted using Vercel.

Vercel may process technical and service-generated information necessary to:

• display and operate the website;
• maintain infrastructure security;
• diagnose errors;
• prevent misuse;
• provide hosting services.

Personal data is not sold.

Data may be made available only to:

• the operator of THE EDGE;
• MailerLite and its authorised subprocessors;
